"Brunzi fornacei" is a three parts opera that comes as a complementary work, next to "Scaramazza", in the Indugi box set, and is made up of three EPs: "Il guardiano del faro" (acoustic portraits of a loner), "Brunzi" and "Due stagioni" (compositional studies).
"Brunzi" presents a bunch of unfinished musical sculptures (plus a development of one of them "L’arpa dei bachi") based on the purpose of capturing and showing the first, spontaneous musical idea. This is why they are basically digressions (or if you want sloppy improvisations) on the theme (composed of a certain melodic / harmonic backbone) recorded at a poor quality. I love them despite this, because I think they have a certain light, a special energy, maybe due to their childish nature.
