"Del sonno" è il secondo album della raccolta intitolata "Il calamaio".
Il tema dell'album sono le esperienze di sogno e le visioni, a volte deliziosamente bizzarre, a volte terrificanti, che s'accompagnano alle paralisi del sonno (come suggerisce anche il famoso dipinto "L'incubo" di Johann Heinrich Füssli, scelto come copertina). Un universo ricco di simboli, creature e visioni sfuggenti a cui Victor è perennemente esposto, ma da cui è tremendamente affascinato.
