June's tune is the debut album of V. L. Yustke. It's a concept album about the journey of a man and his meditations and visions on the road.
Victor Ludec Yustke is a character that took shape spontaneously while I was drawing on a paper during a chemistry lesson at university. Next to the portrait I wrote also "the fire man warrior", because his espression was similar to a man whose strenght is embodied in a catatonic contemplation of a fire. In this album I imagined him living adventures such as we see on comics, but kind like Robert Crumb stories on the bluesmen of the Delta. Travelling on the road, meeting strange figures, witnessing curious scenes, writing thoughts and creating, in some way, a world of its own.
And that's why the physical copy (that comes with a rich artwork and booklet) represents a complementary work.

When I first met Y I was following a chemistry lesson at University. Little by little I realized there is a kind of affinity between us, but different from the usual.
Somehow he is able to turn some of my blind spots, but on the other side seems like he could express himself only through my presence.
Maybe is this balance that makes special everything about us.
